Ayurvedic Awareness @BLOOM Holistic Retreat Centre October 31-November 2, 2025

This is where we will join (yoga/yog) in this beautiful shala at Bloom.
Jennifer Kelly has been practicing yoga since 2007 and teaching since 2017. The full body joy and calmness that unfolds after practicing are the fundamental goals of Jen’s teaching style. As she weaves breath work with movement and pays attention to the spirit through yoga philosophy, the main goal of her teachings is to leave the practitioner feeling better and more comfortable in their body. Her training includes E-500RYT, Yin YTT(Yoga Teacher Training) with Bernie Clark, 30hr Restorative YTT with Hali Schwartz, 25hr SUP (Stand Up Paddle board)YTT, 32hr Trauma Informed YTT, Level 1 Reiki with Eddee Huang and continued Iyengar Yoga classes with Jim Pope.
Deborah Bouttell has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 8. Her style of teaching leads itself to balance the mind, body and spirit. She started Pine Stone Yoga Studio during covid which she runs from her home for both in person and online classes. Deb has a passion for Anatomy and has taught Yoga Anatomy for several YTT programs; she encourages students to listen to their bodies in order to explore the physical practice within their own limits. Her trainings include 500hr RYT programs, Yin 50hr through Bernie Clark, Therapeutic Yoga; Anatomy, philosophy and breath with Leslie Kaminoff, Trauma Informed Yoga, she is also trained in Yoga Nidra and she currently practices Iyengar Yoga with Jim Pope. In her spare time she is a Registered Massage Therapist in the city of Burlington where she runs her own clinic.
