Find your own flight over to Rome, with a short second flight to Bari or Brindisi to the’ heel of the boot’ in PUGLIA, ITALY. ‘LA ROSA DEI 4 VENTI’ is about an hour away by shuttle (Bari 90 minute shuttle to retreat centre) or (Brindisi is 60 minute shuttle to retreat centre). Where you can enjoy a 6 nights and 7 days of Pranayama, Movement, Meditation, Yoga practices ranging from Yin to Vinyasa and every style in between. ‘LA ROSA DEI 4 VENTI’ offers beautiful vegetable forward dishes inspired by traditional Italian dishes. Fresh pasta, bread, focaccia and pastries made with Senatore Cappelli flour (good for intolerance) & fresh dairy products from local farms will be surrounding the vegetable dishes.
There will be ample time to explore on your own and plan day time outings to the local towns, such as an Olive oil experience, or the history of Matera ‘city of rocks’, or a ceramic experience, the options are endless as well as the many styles of PASTA!!
